The A-Team was created in 2012 in Bay County as a networking group for business professionals. At the A-Team, we are dedicated to fostering a local community of ultra professional business owners, managers and leaders who support each other's growth. Our mission is to provide the tools and resources necessary for organic business growth and success. We do this through specific and targeted business training, business referrals, and supporting one another through all of life’s crazy turns. The A Team is so much more than another referral group – it is a community of ultra power connectors who believe in building strong, lasting relationships rooted in shared values, mutual respect, and personal support.
The strength of the A-Team lies in its people; our members understand that success is multiplied when it’s shared.
